BTDBet (bundles.app) is an online Sports Betting platform. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

BTDBet may request verification documents for age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on BTDBet:

• Deposit Method: Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Withdrawal Conditions: KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal via Same Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Depositing using another person's account or card is strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

BTDBet offers a variety of bonuses. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount becomes withdrawable after it has been wagered a set number of times. The wagering requirement is stated on each bonus page.
• Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus has a fixed validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse is Prohibited: Strategically betting to exploit bonuses (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Odds: To count towards wagering requirements from a bonus, bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50.

The following rules must be observed when betting on BTDBet:

• Bet Confirmation: Once you click "Confirm Bet", your bet is final and cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Erroneous Odds: If a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed, BTDBet reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the staked amount.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will apply.
• Maximum Payout: Each bet is subject to a maximum payout limit. Any amount exceeding the limit will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BTDBet:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering with false information to obtain bonuses
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
• Threatening other members or engaging in abusive behavior
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus hunting strategies

BTDBet may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In Case of Terms Violation
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found
• If suspicious transactions or activity are detected
• By order of a court or regulatory authority

Members may request account closure at any time. All valid balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

If you have any objection to an account closure, please contact support. BTDBet will review the decision through a fair investigation.

BTDBet is fully committed to responsible betting. The following tools are always available to all members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once a specified loss limit is reached.
• Time Limit: Set a daily time limit for how long you spend betting.
• Temporary Break: Take a break from your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for an extended period.

BTDBet takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Information we collect:

The following process will be followed for any disputes or complaints:

• Step Three: If you are not satisfied with BTDBet's decision, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.

In the event of any dispute regarding betting results, our server logs shall be considered the definitive record.

BTDBet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notice will be sent to the member's registered email address.
• A notice will be posted on the platform.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure.
